We have exhaustively trialed, tested and made improvements along the way which supports our stringent quality control mantra. We are confident in the performance and beauty of our range to now offer Tar's candles online.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Tar's Candle Co purchase, simply return the product within 30 days to Tar's by completing the following returns form and reading the terms listed under the form.
TERMS: Returning products
Please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product. This will enable Tar's to provide a refund or replacement in a timely manner. The product must be in original un-used condition and return freight is at your own expense, we apologise for any inconvenience. We will refund or resend a replacement within five working days.
TERMS: Sale items
Sale items are not refundable.

If for any reason your product arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can have a replacement sent to you within five working days.
